Hi. I am sincerely sorry that you haven't received a good customer service experience from us. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and dealing quickly with any issues that arise. I have spoken to our sales Manager Richard who has tried to call you. Unfortunately, we don't keep all spares for every machine in stock, as there are so many. Unfortunately, the trowel you received has been graded incorrectly. I have arranged for a replacement to be sent and this should arrive to you on Monday or Tuesday at the latest
