The seating is getting a bit hard and uncomfortable these days. Evening sailings sometimes a bit cool in February.

Thank you for your comments. The accommodation on the Red Falcon is currently being refitted, which includes an increase to the indoor seating by 55%. If this receives positive feedback from our customers, then the other two vessels will also be refitted later this year and next year.
During discharge and loading operations the accommodation area can drop in temperature, as the doors to the vehicle decks are left open to allow safe access, the heating can sometimes take a while to warm back up, again something that is being addressed in the refit. Onboard every sailing is an Onboard Service Office, please speak to them directly and they will assist with regard to the temperature.

I am sorry to hear you where disappointed by our pricing policy, it sounds like you purchased a single crossing for the vehicle. We do offer the option to purchase a car return ticket which allows the driver only to travel as a foot passenger on one leg to collect the car. Please let me know your booking details and I can investigate this further for you.

Thank you for your comments and I apologise for the lack of seating on your crossing; we do have designated disabled seating on each vessel, this can be found near the main staircase from the car decks and if required please ask our crew for help in finding seating.
The comment about the member of staff has been forwarded to the Guest Experience Managers, we do have guidelines for all staff appearance and I am disappointed to hear this person was not to our usual standard.
