too long a queue for food on morning sailing, more staff or another outlet selling pasties please.

It would be nice if an anouncement is made when you start loading as we were in the cafe at the time of loading totally unaware that we should be driving onto the ferry subsequenty causing a hold up.

very easy to book , easy access to ferry port and good crossing with great facilities. Would use again .

You are always on time which is great. When you are busy there is often not enough seating which his not so good. You should not put your prices up in peak periods. The price this weekend was reasonab

We always travel with Red Funnel. The service is excellent and the staff are very efficient and helpful. JVF

On time great seating, good to see recycling bin but it was alone and I had to walk to otherwise of boat to put usual rubbish in difficult with young child, apart from that good.
