Good evening Mr W,  I know that our Service Manager, David Kellett has spoken to you to apologise that your vehicle had been cleaned on the outside but not the inside.   The concerns about the brakes has now been resolved.  Your vehicle should have been checked thoroughly before it was handed back to you and all the relevant personnel have been spoken with about this.  Please accept our sincere apologies as this is not the standard that we normally operate to.  We hope to see you in the dealership again in the future.

Thank you for your comments.  As you are aware Derrick Whitworth has now retired but his replacement Gareth Burns is available on 01653 693751 if you would like anything explaining or alternatively he is happy to pop round to see you at home.  Your vehicle is now due for a complementary Quality Assurance Inspection so we will give you a call to organise to book it in at your convenience.  In the meantime, thank you for buying your new Volvo V60 from Ray Chapman Motors Malton and we look forward to seeing you in the dealership again soon.
