We were disappointed to read your comments which have been passed on to the team at York.  We understand there was a problem at our end initially regarding the parts and that your dedicated Sales Consultant, Mark Johnson, organised for your local dealer in the North East to carry out the work.  We know that Mark did try to speak to you and has sent another email today.   We do apologise for this confusion as this is not how we normally operate.  Mark will continue to try and contact you in order to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
