Very very poor service. Avoid at all costs!
The most stressed I have been for a long time dealing with incompetent people at purple brick. Advise everyone to avoid them for your own sake.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Purple Bricks. I had one viewing in 50 days when several properties in the same road of the same specification have sold within less than a month. That is very strange and suggests that viewing requests are not being passed on. Poor performance and response by your account managers, poor listing and photos - I could see the photographer in shots - led to me having to take my own photos. I have now moved to a new agent rather than wait the several weeks and delays to have my complaint resolved. Your complaint response is unsatisfactory - a backlog indicates you are either not staffed correctly or you have too many complaints to handle. Both of which is not a good example of a professional business. I am very upset that I have paid out for a service that I have not received - with no suitable response I will be taking this up with the Ombudsman and referring you to my card company to recover the payment as I have not received the service I have paid for. For those reading my review - please avoid Purple Bricks. You will just waste more money in the long term than using a professional agent marketing your property correctly.
