We’re sorry to hear the flavour mix in your box didn’t offer the variety you were hoping for. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a higher proportion of certain proteins, especially when trying to keep mealtimes varied for your dogs. Building your own box is definitely the best option for complete control over flavours, although we appreciate your comments regarding the additional cost.
