Hi Carol, We apologise for the confusion regarding the loyalty voucher today. We went ahead and refunded the value of the coupon back to you from your recent order as soon as possible. It took a few hours due to being busy today, and it will show in your account within 3 to 5 working days. We also note that the customer support representative emailed within the same minute and apologised for writing the wrong name in response. Going forward, loyalty vouchers will need to be manually applied before checkout. I appreciate that this is different from how things may have worked previously, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I'm also sorry to hear your concerns regarding the introduction of AI. This is a relatively new addition designed to help us manage enquiries more efficiently, but it is certainly not intended to replace the support provided by our customer service team. Feedback such as yours is incredibly valuable, and I'll make sure it is passed on internally. You also contacted us at the beginning of the month, letting us know about the wet base of the box, and wrongly assumed you were happy with the response given.
