Hi Jemma, We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially as a loyal subscription customer. We do advise customers to ensure someone is home on the delivery day where possible, or to leave delivery instructions with the courier ( DHL) for a safe place to leave the parcel, whether that is at your property or with a neighbour. However, we appreciate this does not change the disappointment caused here. We value your feedback and are sorry to hear you are considering leaving us, particularly as your dogs enjoy the food. Please contact the courier company asking why it was not left in your nominated safe place, if not done so already, please do inform them of your safe place for delivery if you are out. Do contact us and we will also ask the courier company, why your bundle was not delivered to your safe place on your behalf too. Best wishes Team ProDog

The mixed boxes are packed based on stock availability, but we understand receiving a large amount of one flavour can be frustrating. Hello Gemma, We’re very sorry to hear that your samples arrived later than expected and were partially defrosted. While we always aim for delivery within 24 hours, in some exceptions deliveries can take up to 48 hours, which is outlined within our delivery information. However, we completely understand your disappointment and appreciate how frustrating this experience must have been. We’re also sorry that you did not feel supported by our customer service team and appreciate that this did not meet your expectations or resolve your concerns in the way you had hoped. That said, we are pleased to hear that you were still able to feed the food to your dog.
