Hi Glynn, Thank you for your review. TheMusicLicence is set up to be an automatic renewal contract, in some cases, we do attempt to contact our customers prior to the invoice being issued however as we licence hundreds of thousands of businesses, the automated system is a necessary feature of PPL PRS's everyday operations, to ensure that businesses are up-to-date and invoiced to use music within their business. We do ask businesses to contact us in relation to any amendments required or changes in their business operations, to ensure the invoice is reflective of the current usage. Hi Parul, Thank you your review. We collect licence fees from UK businesses and organisations on behalf of our parent companies, PPL and PRS for Music. These are then distributed back to the artists whose music businesses all across the UK enjoy. Both PPL & PRS both support ‘grass roots’ music through such organizations as the PRS Foundation and sponsorship of The English Schools’ Orchestra and Choir and the Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra. Our aim as PPL PRS Limited and that of PPL & PRS is to be as transparent as possible as to revenues and distribution and our support for the industry through a range of initiatives.
