Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

These are then distributed back to the artists whose music businesses all across the UK enjoy. The fee for TheMusicLicence is based upon tariffs which are set separately by both PRS for Music and PPL. These tariffs are set to ensure that the cost is fair to both the music creators and our customers. TheMusicLicence from PPL PRS allows you to legally play music for employees or customers in your business through the radio, TV, other digital devices and live performances. We collect licence fees from UK businesses and organisations on behalf of our parent companies, PPL and PRS for Music. After our business costs, all the music licence fees we collect go back to PPL and PRS for Music who then process, allocate and distribute royalties to the music creators they represent. PPL represents the rights of over 165,000 performers and recording rightsholders while PRS for Music represents the rights of over 175,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers. This ensures that the people who create music are fairly rewarded for their talent and work.
