ringing up my staff saying i owe them money even though the invoice had not been created and certainly wasn't due till another 5 weeks quite frankly doesn't surprise me..

TheMusicLicence is set up to be an automatic renewal contract, in some cases, we do attempt to contact our customers before the invoice is issued, which is what happened in your case. We contact our customers prior to their renewal to ensure that any amendments are made before the start of the licence period to ensure the invoice is reflective of the current usage. In this case, I do apologise you are not satisfied with this service and we have ensured we will feedback internally. I hope this helps however if you have any further questions please do contact us.

Need more training
I've had to keep phoning to get changes made to the license. We are late paying now because of hold ups by staff, not returning calls and not sending emails when requested to.

I appreicate we have contacted you this year in regards to an event that took place within a previous licence period however we ensure licence fees are collected from UK businesses and organisations on behalf of our parent companies, PPL and PRS for Music. These are then distributed back to the artists whose music businesses all across the UK enjoy, in some cases this takes place after the event has been held in the business.
