Good afternoon
I apologise that you were disappointed in the delivery/registration confirmation process towards the end of your leasing experience. Planet Leasing always endeavour to keep the client up-to-speed with changes in their ordering and administrative processes; in this instance we passed you information that we had received in good faith from the vehicle supplier which was later rescinded - which left us having to contact you with the news. Planet Leasing is a credit broker and as such have no control over the registration process which is handled at the dealership/supplier end. I can only apologise once again and let you know that we shared your frustration in this instance. The Planet Team

I believe Alex has contacted you in regard to the challenges mentioned in your review and has explained that choosing a metallic paint option would change the monthly amount by +/- £10 as stated to your dad and he has also offered some possible solutions around the parking sensor challenge.
