Good service

Great pet insurance company. I had to take my budgie to the vets and the process was very easy with adviser on the phone and filling in the form. I would recommend British pet insurance.

Thank you for leaving this review and bringing this to our attention. We did have a delay for a few policies last week on documents being issued but all your documents were issued on the 26/06/2020 unfortunately with it being exotic pet insurance these can get held up in spam filters. I have resent these again today for you. If you do not get them please do let me know. The second email was unfortunately due to delay in the documents being emailed for 24 hours I'm sorry for the confusion caused. All our phone calls are being diverted out of the office currently but we do respond to all answerphone messages left. I will raise this issue with our telephone provider to see why we were not notified of this answerphone message being left.
