luckily we have not had to use petplan at the present time

My vet has now sent two claims for my dog's vet bills, which I have already paid. To date I still have not had a response from Petplan to settle this account.

Good contract with decent levels of cover. Not the cheapest, but sometimes you have to pay for what you get. Did try to sign up on line, For some reason I couldnt get past the bank details page and...

The staff are very polite and knowledgable. They had an answere for every question I asked.

Presentation and offering on the website is excellent, but I found it hard to compare and decide on the correct plan for us

Service good on the telephone - but still not received my policy after two requests ! lets hope all the admin is not to this standard !

Very well dealt with and 'script' not too long although some repetition.

Very helpful telephone adviser. Explained all the options clearly and in a friendly manner.

I think the customer service was fantastic and very polite couldn't ask for more. The only drawback for me was the initial call to take up a policy is very long winded and baffles you.

Easy to set up, but like all insurances never quite sure if you are making the right and most effective choices. And like all insurances, costly , for me to insure my small pet dog it will cost me...
