Petplan Reviews

Good customer service

Not reliable service and will do anything to avoid to play a claim.

Pays out easily directly to vets and customer service is accessible and understands query quickly and helps

I have chosen Petplan for the second time as they're reliable and trustworthy, and claims are processed fairly.

Quick and easy to make a claim through your own vet. They do all the form filling and submit the claim. Would recommend.

Excellent in dealing with our rescue dogs

Absolutely brilliant, paid out and sorted all my vet bills quickly with no hassle at all.

Haven’t had to use any claims. Have just purchased for puppy. Signed up online.

Efficient. Cover options explained. Quick and easy. Good value for money. Found our kittens at Battersea and there was a months cover included in the fee we paid. Easy to transfer cover over to us....
