We have rigorous processes in place within our warehouse to ensure all flooring is cut to the correct specifications, and we are disheartened to hear that, on this rare occasion, this did not happen. From our previous communications, we can see that we offered to collect and replace the piece in question or alternatively provide an additional piece along with the necessary spray as requested. We can also see that this was delivered on 10/06/2026. We can see that we have remained in regular contact and worked towards what we believed was a suitable resolution, so we are disappointed to hear that you are still not fully satisfied.
