How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your order delivery. Having reviewed your order details, we can see that your order was placed over the weekend on 06/09/2026, with an estimated delivery timescale of 2–5 working days. The latest expected delivery date was therefore 14/09/2026. Our tracking information confirms that your order was successfully delivered on 11/09/2026, within the expected timeframe. We have not received any written correspondence from you since the date of delivery and were therefore unaware of any outstanding concerns. A member of our Customer Care Team will contact you shortly to discuss your experience and clarify whether there are any concerns we can assist you with. Kind regards, Jenny Online Carpets

Slow delivery

It took a long time for delivery, even though I paid an extra £35 for fast delivery. It meant my builders had to wait to fit it, this taking longer to finish the job..
