Good, efficient service; a little perfunctory, however.
The service in store was fantastic, extremely polite and friendly. Not so impressed with the automated emails - The confirmation of order was misleading and indicated that the pick up address was...
The website was not particularly intuitive and I had to be helped through the screens by a customer service advisor. But the suit turned up on time and contained what I expected.
Good service, easy pick up. The web ordering functionality could be improved by better explanation of sizes and the result of your measurement entries. Also better explanation of the dates for pickup...
I've already emailed the detail through, but, in summary, the suit I hired did not turn up in time for the event it was booked for. Processes regarding ordering, automated communication and the like...

Thank for your reply. Whilst I have been in touch with your customer service team - who failed to respond to my initial emails, despite providing then with 3 days in which to do do, I am not aware of this matter having been resolved. Your feedback response is the first communication I have had from Moss Bros since my complaint was acknowledged on Wednesday.
However, as my complaint has been fully resolved I look forward to bring brought up to speed on the outcome presently!
