There was no need to send a very blunt text three times telling me to "promptly" return my items. One of which being at the very start of the due day and the other two coming after I had returned it!

The service was delivered promptly, and I was able to source a dinner jacket for my non-standard measurements easily (although it was too long in the arms, as the option "extra short" did not specify...
The size ordered wasn't delivered for the trousers and the shoes.
Collection was not possible with the given packaging; a special package needs to be prepared it wasn't clear from the instruction...

Despite having an almost instant hire (i called that afternoon to check availability) the store had pretty much everything in stock apart from a skinny black tie. However, they didn't provide me...
Just one negative point: there were contradicting messages from Moss Bros and DPD about the return of the tuxedo which was a bit confusing. Otherwise a good service.

Huge difficulty in ordering on line. Rang two of the London shops for help and to order and they were useless. Told me that they couldn't deliver, even though they clearly state on website....
