We would like to reassure you that our coaches are cleaned daily to assist to prevent the spread of illness. However, we still regret to read that you were taken ill and sincerely hope that you are now feeling in much better health. That said, we are delighted to learn that you enjoyed the service and comfort of our touring experience from start to finish. We regret that on this rare occasion a change to your itinerary meant that your dining experience was not as you had anticipated. In such instances, where possible we will provide an alternative of a similar standard. However, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Likewise, if unforeseeable circumstances occur, our Tour Directors will always try to manage the tour to give you the best out of each destination. Nonetheless, we have forwarded all of your feedback to our Operations department to be reviewed and help to improve our future departures. That said, we remain delighted that your tour was filled with so many highlights, and we hope that you have left Switzerland with many wonderful memories.
