Efficient renewal process
We have a personal account manager who is always helpful and efficient,, And Takes us through the renewal process each year. She gets quotes from other insurers and advises us on the best deal.

Responsive and on our side
I do feel Lumley are responsive and do fight my corner in trying to keep rates down despite the pressures otherwise. Jenny is good to deal with and very prompt in replying to requests.
