Delivery never happened
Poor - ordered coal on 31 August and by 10 October still had not arrived in spite of website saying it was in stock. So phoned to cancel it. They were nice on the phone, assume the refund will come...

Very long delivery times.
Delivery took forever. Was almost a month before the order was delivered, and that appeared to only happen after I chased. Probably wouldn't have bothered if I'd known it was to take a month before...

not worth dealing with
First of all get your deliveries on time, we ordered 10 bags if smokeless fuel we waited in for 3 days and they never turned, up got some stupid excuse, took an age to get our money back
