Paid for a pre 11am delivery but not delivered til afternoon. However this was down to Parcelforce's usual incompetence not Laptops Direct who despatched the item very quickly.

The only reason the laptop didn't arrive on time was because my bank account showed a larger than usual amount outgoing and they wanted to check it was ok.
