I contacted about the payment glitch, but it was handled and resolved really promptly without a typical "you will have what we have overcharged you in 5 to eternity" slogan. Really nice experience...

Paid extra to be delivered on the tuesday. Attempted delivery on the previous Saturday, we were not at home!!! We arrived back on the Sunday 10 minutes before delivery!!! I was refunded £5!!!
