I have checked the file notes for your purchase and can see multiple points of contact with you from our Uttoxeter team and our sales progressors, including hand delivered documentation to you, negotiating a price reduction and hand delivered keys on completion. We are unable to comment on or have any control over inconsiderate parking by neighbours on the road in front of your property, and we urge all prospective purchasers to make their own investigations into all aspects of the property they are purchasing prior to proceeding.
