Customer service was good and helpful on the phone and outbound journey went smoothly. The return journey was not good! At Jersey port the ferry was late arriving and we had to queue in the heat...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry about the delay to your return home, and that you didn't realise the ferry sailed via Guernsey, which is the case with the majority of fast ferry sailings. In terms of your hotel, I have checked your booking and we had a Classic Double booked and confirmed, in fact our contract with the hotel does not include smaller doubles for us to be able to book. I will bring this up with Chateau La Chaire in order to ensure if does not happen again. We hope that these issues did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

The flights with Blue Island from/to Southampton were good and travel home by train and bus afterwards worked well. Jersey buses provided good coverage of the island but tended to be very crowded...
