Very smooth and efficient booking service, good choice of venues and accommodation. Slightly spoilt by some delays in responding to queries on BA flight cancellation .

The booking process was effortless and Liz went the extra mile by printing all the boarding information and passes off, as she sensed I did feel comfortable doing this online.
