We are sorry for the issues you have incurred after us misspelling your email address. While we take great care to get all details correct for any bookings made over the phone, we do sometimes get it wrong. If our system notifies us of a delivery failure, we ensure to rectify the email address immediately with the client. if our system continues to try and deliver the invoice email, we are unfortunately not aware of any issues until the email has timed out as it will show as "sent" on our side.
We always give our customers their booking reference number for their reservation, which they can also use to view their booking online on our website while waiting for the invoice to come through.
I do apologise for our oversight with your email address resulting in you having to call us to correct this and the inconvenience this will have caused.

The Norfolk Lodge Hotel is a long-standing and traditional 3-star town hotel. While most rooms in the hotel are serviced by a lift, the layout of the building means that a number of rooms are unfortunately only accessible by stairs. The majority of Jersey hotels still offers a shower over bath with only a selected number of properties and rooms being equipped with walk-in showers or low level baths.
If we are being made aware of mobility issues or disabilities at the time of booking, our agents will always help to find the most suitable accommodation and room type to suit our clients need, advise the accommodation accordingly and work closely with the hotels to help make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
I am sorry that you found the room allocated by the hotel unsuitable for your disabilities but am glad to read that the hotel managed to arrange a different room during your stay.
