We are very sorry that there was a delay on your outward journey. Travel delays are unfortunately always a possibility but we understand how frustrating these can be, especially when traveling for a short break.
Your return flight was not cancelled but rescheduled from 08.40am to 7am of which we advised you immediately after being notified by Blue Islands on Friday. As you didn't find the earlier departure time suitable, you asked to be moved to a later flight. Following the minor time change on the original booking, Blue Islands charged us the fare difference, which we had to pass on and you agreed to before we confirmed the changes.
Your booking with us was made online and Blue Islands is currently the only airline departing from your chosen departure airport connecting that is connecting into Jersey.
