Really easy to deal with on the telephone, when a flight was cancelled we were told immediately and taxi timings changed quickly. Overall an excellent service.

Booking straight forward but not contacted about flight time changes. Only discovered when I checked myself 24 hours before flight. Do not know whether this was the airlines error or Jersey Travel.
