We are sorry this item was not readily available for immediate despatch which can sometimes happen at this time of year, resulting in you rating us negatively.
We did however instruct our supplier to send one direct to you as soon as we learned these were out of stock in our warehouse. We presume this matter is now settled and hope you will consider us again in the future.
The ladies in the showroom were extremely helpful, as we looked at different options for our dining chairs. They also helped us in deciding on cushion thickness and fabric, and nothing was too much...
Great service and delivery. Called the day before with a time slot and turned up as they had said, couldn't fault the service and super happy with what we have
