To ensure that our guests can find their way to their shuttle transfer, instructions on where to meet are provided in advance along with a contact number should there be any difficulty on arrival. However, we apologise for any difficulty experienced and hope that in the end you were able to locate the coach. 

Additionally, while the hotel rooms vary depending on the availability at booking, it is possible for our guests' to specify their requirements at the time of reservation so that we can do our best to accommodate their needs. 

Furthermore, our guests’ well-being is our utmost concern so we have forward your comments about our Drivers conduct to his manager to be addressed.

Our Tour Directors love sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for the destinations that we visit. So it really pleases us to read that Lynne helped to make your adventure so enjoyable. Additionally, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances delayed transfer times may occur; however, given your comments we are looking into this event with our Operations team, to ensure that these concerns do not affect our guests going forward.
