Furthermore, our reservations team are happy to help our guests' arrange private transfer through Insight Vacations should they be arriving or departing outside of the complimentary coach transfer operating days and times. Nevertheless, we have passed on your thoughts along with those about the meals to our Operations and Quality Control teams to help make the necessary improvements. Guests arriving or departing outside of our scheduled coach transfer times, including those who have booked pre or post tour accommodation may purchase a transfer through Insight Vacations or alternatively make their own arrangements to/from the hotel. Nevertheless, it saddens us to learn that you had a challenging start to the tour, and we apologise if you were not made aware of this information before booking. Additionally, we regret to read that the dining experiences were not to you preferences. So we have passed these comments on to our Quality Control team for their review. That said, we are very pleased that you enjoyed your Itinerary and do hope that you left with many wonderful memories to take home.

I have already heard your ridiculous excuse "Guests arriving or departing outside of our scheduled coach transfer times, including those who have booked pre or post tour accommodation may purchase a transfer through Insight Vacations or alternatively make their own arrangements to/from the hotel". I have been told this excuse probably 10 times, so did not need to hear the same repeated answer. This was our 4th year using Insight Vacations, and will now look at other companies for future trips. As I stated, there was an Insight pick-up happening at the Madrid Airport on the day of our arrival (July 7) because another tour was being picked up. We could easily have been picked up and taken to our hotel along with the other Insight passengers at the Madrid Airport. Customer Service?! NO CUSTOMER SErVICE. This is disgusting. Do not contact me again.
