Our guests’ well-being is our utmost concern so it saddens us to read that this tour did not live up to your expectations. As a result, we have forwarded these comments to our Quality Control and Product Development teams, to help make the necessary improvements to the tour. However, we would truly welcome another chance to restore your full trust our experiences. We love hearing that our guests’ had a truly enjoyable time on their tours, especially when it was made extra special by the assistance of one of our passionate Tour Director's like Brad. Furthermore, we are happy that we were able to help you turn your imagination into reality, and hope that you left Italy with many wonderful memories. 

At Insight Vacations, we seek to provide safe and enjoyable touring experiences for all of our guests. However, we do recommend that all guests are medically and physically able to travel, and only participate in activities in which they feel comfortable. Additionally, we are always happy to provide any further details about our guests' journeys or alternatively they may contact their Travel Agent if they have any added concerns. Furthermore, while closing days may necessitate a change of the day of the week for sightseeing and other experiences, we do apologise if you feel this diminished your enjoyment of the tour in any way. Nevertheless, we are delighted that you had such a great time on the tour, and we are equally as pleased that the Tour Director and Driver, helped to make your time in Europe so memorable.

It’s great to read that you were well taken care of by our Tour Director and Local guides. Additionally, we hope that you were able to gain a wealth of knowledge and Insight into these three vibrant countries. Furthermore, perhaps if you are considering journeying with us again; our Easy Pace touring style which includes more time at leisure, may be better suited to your preferences. Nevertheless, we hope to share many more adventures together soon. 

Our Tours Directors work passionately to ensure our guests can confidently explore their destinations. That's why  it disappoints us to read that you felt the service was not to the standard that we are recognised for. Therefore, please allow to apologise for any comments that you found unpleasant, and reassure you that these remarks are not inline with those that we normally receive. That said, we are delighted that you had a great time on the the Italian Intermezzo tour and were able to make new like-minded connections. 

We are thrilled that you had a relaxing time exploring Italy with Insight Vacations and happy to learn that our Tour Director's shared knowledge and care helped to increase your enjoyment of the tour.
