Dear Peter, As part of the pre-renewal and renewal invitation process, you were sent a letter from Wilberforce and Coversure explaining the takeover. I'm not sure what you else you expect. We then discussed the renewal with you over the phone and this would have been a good opportunity to raise any questions. Given you have renewed I can only assume you are happy with the price and service so I don't understand rating us as a 3! Kind regards.

I'm sorry you feel this way. We emailed a quote for checking and you signed the paperwork confirming we had all of the correct information. This is done to ensure there are no mistakes. We didn't charge a correction fee as a good will gesture without being asked, purely passed on the insurer's charge.

All information is acted on and it is very important to us to ensure this is the case as we wouldn't have been in business for the time we have, nor would our reviews be so high. You will find you were asked in email for the information before we setup the direct debit.
