Very difficult to contact
Imposible to find a telephone number. One number shown as theirs was in fact a RBS fraud number. The contact page on their website was unavailable.

Delivery failure
Terrible , 2nd time delivery routed and not delivered when scheduled. Wanted to cancel as I would have saved £45 on price change but , amazingly they delivered the next morning before I could cancel .
