Change to One Key Rewards is Wonky and less rewarding
The euser experience at Hotels.com is excellent but their switch to One Key rewards makes them less attractive. Customers used to get 10% off for their loyalty now with Wonky Rewards we only get 2%....

Good selection of hotels
On one couldn't find an area. Put in Unapool and it kept changing the name to Ullapool. I had go book using a different app in the end.
