Thank you for the feedback from your recent holiday, I am happy to see you found our service good and hopefully you will return to us for your next holiday. I am very sorry to read there were some disappointing parts of your holiday, especially as you said the service and staff were so good. It is a difficult situation when other guests spoil peoples time away and I would always raise these concerns with the hotel manager. Hopefully the feedback, particularly about the bins being emptied so early, will be given to resort and they can look to change this.
