Good Morning Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had difficulties logging in to Thomson, the manage your booking facility is for holidays booked directly on the Thomson website. It is frustrating having to wait so long for a drink, even though it was quiet. I can understand that would have an inpact on your holiday enjoyment.
