Thank you for you feedback. I’m sorry to note that you were not aware that June fell within the hurricane season. The Dominican Republic is a popular, year round destination with a hot and tropical climate. The heaviest rainfall can be expected from May to August and unfortunately hurricanes can be experienced during this time. I can see that your holiday booking was made online, however should you wish to book with us again, we have an experienced sales team who can offer travel advice for all destinations, prior to you making a booking. Good Morning Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your feel 15 kilograms of luggage was unsatisfactory, you could have upgraded to 20 kilograms for a small charge.
