Thank you for your feedback. The Club Life hotels are very popular with families and rank highly on review sights. However everyone has different tastes and I am sorry to learn that the size and feel of the hotel did not fulfill your expectations. Whilst we do offer a wide range of smaller hotels with a more intimate feel, they do tend to be offered on a bed and breakfast or half board basis. Most all-inclusive properties are on a larger scale, in order to offer a wider variety of entertainment, activities and dining options.
