Thank you for sending the feedback from your recent holiday. I am very pleased you had such a positive experience with HolidayHypermarket. I am very sorry to read you had a bad experience with the hotel owner. I am very worried that a hotelier would treat a guest in such a way and I can fully understand you not wanting to return. We do have a Live Chat facility on the website so if you were wanting some personal recommendations you can always come online and one of our team can give you some experiences of where they have stayed? I think sometimes it is good to speak to someone who has been and they can offer some tips on where to go or eat. We are online until 9.30 most nights so you should always be able to reach one of us. I hope this experience does not deter you from Turkey, I have stayed in some lovely smaller hotels and I would love to recommend them to you.
