Thank you for the feedback from your recent holiday. I am sorry you were disappointed with the admin charges for completing a name change. They do not charge for changing the Title of the name but they do charge when we change either the surname or first name. I am sorry about this, unfortunately our hands are tied by the tour operator and their terms and conditions as to what they charge.
I am pleased you went on to enjoy your holiday after the confusion at check. I hope the issue with the names did not spoil your time away.

I am very sorry for the confusion regarding transfers. I am pleased to see that after writing to our customer service team, we have arranged a full refund for the expense occurred in resort.
I am pleased to see you rated the holiday positively and I hope after the initial issue with the transfers you went on to have a lovely holiday.
everything was very good dealing with Holiday Hypermarket, but Olympic flights were disasterous, which rather spoilt things.
