Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Unhelpful when ringing customer service line, rude staff with an attitude problem one girl in particular who was extremely rude to my partner We were told before we departed that we had to pay £28 for a balcony which was in fact false advertising as every room had a balcony be it a small one. Several pieces of furniture in the room were broken The hotel absolutely stunk of sewage in all outside areas We waited over an hour for a pizza which takes 4 1/2 minutes to cook in a clay oven Not enough sun loungers for the guests Staff were rude with a disgusting attitude...rude to customers, arguing with customers and arguing with each other. They would shout at customers in Arabic when asking for a fresh drink when previous ones were flat and warm We spent a fortune on food and soft drinks as we couldn't stomach the "food" that was provided and the drinks were warm and flat with filthy glasses All round disappointing holiday...myself and my partner were ill for the majority of the holiday if a holiday is in fact what you could call it!!
