We are dependent on tour operators delivering on their service promise to our customers. We do not deal with the airline direct but we can raise complaints direct with the tour operator. You can put your complaint in writing and we will certainly raise this direct with the tour operator. I have checked your booking and I can see the holiday was confirmed online and the extras you mentioned were not selected at the time of booking. We can usually add extras on after you have confirmed depending on the tour operators terms and conditions. I am sorry on this occasion you were unable to upgrade the booking until you were in resort. I am pleased that despite the issues you experienced you managed to enjoy the resort. I do hope this do not deter you from booking with us again in the future. We do have an excellent reputation for our customer service and I am very sorry you feel you did not receive it from us on this occasion.

The location really is a good advantage with this hotel and the Riu Palace next door. I can't comment on CoCo Bongo as I didn't sample this.
