I am sorry you didn't have as much information about the hotel as you would have liked but we are working on our hotel pages to hopefully get as much information available to you. I am however very sorry to read about your experiences in resort. We are dependent on the tour operators providing us with accurate information regarding the hotels they sell so I am sorry the standard was not as promised. I am pleased you went on to enjoy Malta in spite of the hotel issues. I have not been for many years but I loved Malta and I was pleased to read you enjoyed it.
