Thank you for your continued support and for returning to stay with us again. I’m sorry to hear this visit did not quite meet the standards you had come to expect from previous stays.
I was particularly concerned to read your comments regarding the welcome pack. Whilst we have recently made some changes to the contents provided, there should still have been a cloth, sponge, black bag and washing up liquid available within the accommodation. We have however removed the previous hot drink package.
I can also only apologise regarding the damaged flooring and missing parasol. These matters are being investigated, and as always, had we been made aware during your stay, we would certainly have looked to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.
Thank you also for your comments regarding the dog waste bins and shop opening hours, which have been noted and shared with the relevant teams.

We’re sorry to hear that your accommodation did not fully meet your expectations on this occasion. When you raised your concerns after 5pm on Tuesday, our housekeeping team had already finished for the day. As explained at the time, we offered to have housekeeping attend your caravan first thing Wednesday morning to assess and resolve the issue for you.
At that stage, you declined this offer as you had already purchased air freshener. In line with our standard process, we always aim to resolve any issues in the first instance before arranging a move to alternative accommodation, and therefore we would not normally relocate guests without housekeeping first attending to assess the situation.
We apologise for any inconvenience the smell caused and are sorry to hear it impacted your stay. As no further assistance was requested after the offer of housekeeping, we understood that the matter had been resolved to your satisfaction.
Your comments have been noted and will be shared with our housekeeping team to ensure standards remain consistent across all accommodation, including our pet-friendly units.
