Dear Janine Thank you for your continued support and for returning to stay with us again. I’m sorry to hear this visit did not quite meet the standards you had come to expect from previous stays. I was particularly concerned to read your comments regarding the welcome pack. Whilst we have recently made some changes to the contents provided, there should still have been a cloth, sponge, black bag and washing up liquid available within the accommodation. We have however removed the previous hot drink package. I can also only apologise regarding the damaged flooring and missing parasol. These matters are being investigated, and as always, had we been made aware during your stay, we would certainly have looked to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. Thank you also for your comments regarding the dog waste bins and shop opening hours, which have been noted and shared with the relevant teams.
