Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that your children loved the activities and that you had a wonderful family break, creating special memories together. It's great to know you found the experience to be good value for money. We are, however, very sorry to hear about the service you received during your first evening meal. Waiting such a long time for your bill is not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration, especially with a tired young child waiting at the table. Your comments regarding the attentiveness and customer service of some team members have been noted and will be shared with the relevant management team. While many of our staff are young and developing their hospitality skills, this should never impact the level of service our guests receive. We appreciate your honest and balanced feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We hope that despite this disappointment, the positive family memories made during your stay will encourage you to visit us again in the future.
